Terms & Conditions

Design Hub Home – Marketing Services Agreement

Effective Date: Upon Acceptance


Client: The individual or business entity accepting this Agreement


Agency: Design Hub Home (“we,” “us,” or “our”)

By clicking “I Accept the Terms and Conditions” and submitting payment, the Client agrees to the following legally binding terms:

1. Scope of Services

The Client agrees that the services provided under this Agreement are based solely on the options selected prior to acceptance and payment via our website (www.designhubhome.co).

The Client confirms that they have reviewed and selected their desired marketing or creative services (e.g., digital strategy, branding, advertising, etc.) prior to payment. This selected scope is saved in our system and referenced in the onboarding confirmation email. No additional work will be performed outside of the agreed scope unless approved in writing and billed separately.

2. Term & Renewal

This is a month-to-month Agreement, effective for 30 days from the date of payment. It automatically renews each month unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Either party may terminate with proper written notice as outlined.

3. Service Start & Timeline

Work begins within 3–5 business days after full payment and receipt of all required onboarding materials. Design Hub Home is not responsible for delays resulting from missing assets, login credentials, or approval delays from the Client.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All services are prepaid. No refunds or partial credits will be issued under any circumstances. Work will not begin until payment is confirmed. Late or missed payments may delay timelines or lead to reprioritization.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to needed platforms and materials (e.g., social media, website CMS, floorplans, mood boards, etc.)

  • Submit requested items or approvals within 2 business days

  • Understand that marketing results are influenced by many factors beyond our control (e.g., market conditions, seasonality)

6. Change Requests & Revisions

Modifications to the selected services must be requested in writing and may require additional payment. We allow up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions per deliverable. Excessive or new direction revisions will be subject to added fees. Revisions do not include new concepts or work beyond the original scope.

7. Platforms & Delivery Method

All files and deliverables will be shared through platforms such as Google Drive, Monday.com, or similar. Client communications will primarily be handled via email or a shared project dashboard, unless otherwise arranged.

8. Ownership of Work

Once fully paid, all completed assets become the Client’s property.

Design Hub Home reserves the right to showcase final work (e.g., mood boards, branding, renderings, ads) in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may not resell or duplicate our proprietary templates or frameworks without explicit permission.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential, including designs, marketing strategy, login credentials, and operational tools.

10. Tracking & Tools Disclosure

Client authorizes us to implement tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance, in compliance with platform policies.

11. AI Content Use

Some assets (e.g., ad drafts, captions, content outlines) may involve AI-assisted creation and will be reviewed and refined by our human team for quality and brand consistency.

12. Non-Solicitation Clause

Client agrees not to directly solicit or hire any Design Hub Home staff, freelancer, or partner during the term of this Agreement and for 12 months thereafter.

13. Force Majeure

Design Hub Home is not liable for service interruptions caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, pandemics, outages, or other force majeure events.

14. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to attempt resolution via good faith mediation before initiating legal proceedings.

If unresolved, disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Millburn, New Jersey.

Each party will cover their own legal expenses.

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., traffic, leads, ROI). Client uses all recommendations and strategies at their own risk.

16. Digital Acceptance & Record Validity

This Agreement is valid under the U.S. E-SIGN Act.

Submitting payment and accepting the terms digitally constitutes a legally binding signature.

Service selections and agreement records are securely stored.
